Mint is Murray Fisher, co-owner of Boltfish Recordings. As well as his involvement in the label, he also owns the design company Trickster Ltd.
His music covers an eclectic range of genres but uses strong melody as a common thread. His production and composition for Boltfish Recordings often delves into playful tunes accompanied by stuttering beats and atmospheres or heartfelt cinematic compositions.
Tracks such as 'Albert the Bull' on the first Boltfish release 'Audubon' exemplify his persistently playful approach.
